While Occidental Investment Limited remains a beneficial owner of the Community Association, Samaan Grove Community Association Limited’s mandate is to provide and maintains standard services shared by all lessees within the development, inclusive of

• Garbage Collection
• Lake Maintenance
• Grounds Maintenance of unbuilt lots
• Grounds Maintenance of Common Service areas

Within the community, there are four main types of property owners/homeowners

• Property Owners – Vacant Lots
• In progress – Construction
• Rental / Investment Properties
• Full-time residents / Vacation Homes

The Association intends to continue managing our homeowners’ expectations as they seek to invest in developing the community into a world-class destination.
