To maintain a Floridian appearance throughout the Samaan Grove Development, Eden Nurseries is contracted to upkeep the following:

• Areas surrounding the Guard Booth, under the copper “Samaan Grove” sign, and an identified space opposite the main entrance.
• Grass and weeds around the various lift stations in the community.
• Pruning of ornamental grasses along the bridges and lakes.
• Clearing and pruning of all flora along the Northern Boundary.
• Grounds Maintenance of the curbs and slippers along the development.
• Cleaning of the southern drains behind the properties facing the Canaan Village.
• Removal of vines along the southern boundary.
