What are the Service Charge Rates?

Service Charge Rates are billed every quarter as follows.

What do my service charges cover?

Your service charges go into a consolidated fund, which includes the following.

• Garbage Collection.
• Maintenance of Vacant Lots.
• Maintenance of the Lakes.
• Maintenance of Common Areas, including the front entrance, open spaces, and bridges.
• Development Works, including repairs to manhole covers and streetlights.
• Other expenses for the general improvement and upkeep of the community.

When are service charge fees billed?

These fees are billed at the beginning of each financial quarter as follows.

• Billed every January for the January to March financial quarter.
• Billed every April for the April to June financial quarter.
• Billed every July for the July to September financial quarter.
• Billed every October for the October to December financial quarter.

Who collects our service charge fees. 

Service charge fees is a quarterly fee (see values above) payable to Samaan Grove Community Association Limited. For details on the payment process for said service charge fees, please take a look at the SGCAL section of the Financial Procedures page on our website. 

What days are garbage collection in the community?

Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

What days are the garden clippings collection?

Every Wednesday.

I want to purchase a property within the Samaan Grove Community. What are the property prices?

Samaan Grove Community Association is not involved with resales with the development at this point, and this is an arrangement between the current homeowner and the incoming homeowner. We do, however, become involved with regulatory compliance, details of which can be found in our Home Ownership section of this website.

What are the Lease Rent rates?

Lease Rent is an annual fee of $1000.00 payable to Occidental Investments Limited or Samaan Grove Community Association Limited, depending on your identified property’s location. If your property is in Phase A, lease rent is payable to Occidental Investments Limited, while if your property is in Phase B, Lease Rent is payable to Samaan Grove Community Association Limited.
