Samaan Grove Community Association Limited accepts payments for the following transactions.
• Service Charge – Phase A and Phase B.
• Lease Rent – Phase B only.
• Construction Deposits – Phase A and Phase B.
To facilitate this, we offer the following payment options.
ACH Transfer / Direct Deposit to Scotiabank Account (Samaan Grove Community Association Limited)
Upon receipt and confirmation, receipts will be emailed within three (3) working days, with the originals posted to the homeowner’s registered address within five (5) working days.
Wire Transfer to Scotiabank Account (Samaan Grove Community Association Limited)
Upon receipt and confirmation, receipts will be emailed within three (3) working days, with the originals posted to the homeowner’s registered address within five (5) working days.
Mail Deposit - Checks

Upon receipt, an emailed receipt will be sent within three (3) working days, with the physical posted to the homeowner; registered address on file within five (5) working days.
Hand-delivery to the Samaan Grove Community Association registered office (Tobago)
The Association will take twenty-one (21) working days to process this payment as hand-delivered checks are transferred to our administration section twice a month.
Should you require an urgent receipt for this method, the Tobago office will photocopy your check, stamp it, and sign the photocopy as proof of receipt. An interim receipt will be processed and emailed to your registered email address on file.
For security purposes, the Association does not accept cash to pay SGCAL’s fees.
