Villia Rentals

Our villa rental registration process is now managed through this revised process, which allows you, the homeowner, to provide 

  • Your name, property number, valid email address and any emergency contact information will be easily accessible in case of unforeseen circumstances during the guest’s stay.
  • The number of guests, check-in and check-out dates must be submitted for security management.
  • Guest Names (all persons who intend to stay at the villa) should be submitted for the visit period. Those who use booking forms for their accommodation listings are encouraged to upload a copy as supporting documentation for the booking.

You can make your registration easier for security, who now have real-time access to your submissions.

Contractor Registration

All contractors, workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers must register with the Community Association via our security management portal for contractors. Once registered, our security provider has real-time access to your submissions and will provide entry to those on the list per property.

After-Hours / Saturday / Emergency Works

All after-hour requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance, with Saturday work/Public Holiday requests submitted 72 hours in advance. Submissions outside of the advised period will be automatically declined.

All requested work must be concise and detailed. Requests will be automatically rejected if details are deemed insufficient. 

Property Plans

You are invited to submit our documentation for review and approval via your Development Submission platform for all design submissions, colour scheme approvals, and remedial works.

  • New – Preliminary Designs
  • New – Full Design Submissions
  • Completed Designs for SGCAL & OIL Approval
  • Colour Scheme Approval (External Walls & Boundary Walls)
  • Remedial Works – Design Submissions

Property Legal Transactions

All legal transactions regarding the transfer/sales of property are managed through the Association’s resale process as detailed in our Property Purchase / Property Sale section of the website.
