24 hrs security The location is beautiful with 2 large lakes with 6 ponds and with plenty wildlife to see . Local birds and plenty fish.The villa's are very modern and clean. I would recommend anyone to visit there, you will get our money's worth.A great location for you and your family and friends to stay for vacation.Come and found out for yourself. You will be smitten.
The environment is nice, the villa is spacious and nicely situated. However, for the price, ($3000 per night) the amenities, and fixtures need to be replaced and maintained. My family and I stayed at Oceana #33. The refrigerator shelvings and draws some were unable to be used as they were half way broken. The dishes were chipped. The couch set was torn. The pool area was nice. Please note that the pool does not have a warmer, so unless you can handle the coldness night bathing may be out of the question. The landscaping needs to be improved. Parking for only two cars although the villa accommodates 12. Fire extinguisher is not working.
Stayed here twice previously. Loved it. Peaceful and quiet environs. House is amazing. Enough room for everyone
Far too many mosquitos and other flying pests on the compound. The areas with bush should be better maintained and the compound should be fumigated periodically to reduce the mosquito population. Did not enjoy being swarmed and bitten throughout the entire vacation.
We stayed at #41 and #45. Clean, well- furnished, free wi-fi and pool. Grounds well-maintained. One of the features which we appreciated the most is the outdoor cooking facilities ( fully-equipped kitchen indoors)at #41. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely be back. A home away from home.
